If extra work is wanted or required on day of clean that wasn’t originally quoted it will be added to invoice accordingly.

Please note if stain has soaked into the underlay and flooring beneath, additional work will need to be completed. In some cases the underlay may need replacing and flooring treated. Generally most pet stain if not treated by a professional within 48 hours, can permanently stain the carpet.

48 Hour Cancellation period otherwise 50% of total invoice will be charged for equipment and labor. Then, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please, contact us with 48 hours before you’re booking to avoid the extra charge. The same fee will be charged if the cleaner can’t access your place on the day/time of your booking.
